Windproof roller blind is the fabric fixed on both sides of the side rail,moving up and down,thus it has the function of windproof. The following are the installation steps and attention of Chembo motorized windproof roller blinds.
1. Surface Inspection
Check whether the outer packing of the product,is in good condition and not damaged.Open the package to check whether the product,and accessories are complete and the product is not damaged.Pull out the side track cover and take out the fabric guiding channel.
2. Rack Mount
Unscrew the cassette screws,take out the front cassette.take out the anti-fall off button,unscrew the positioning screw that located on the motor head.Take out the roll fabric.
Attach the side track to the side bracket to make it become a frame,according to the installation method of the in/out to open the hole on side track and side bracket.Open the outlet hole for the power cable on cassette,fix the frame to the installation position.Adjust the side track to keep vertical,and adjust the back cassette to keep horizontal.make the marks on the wall.according to the screw holes of the side rail and the cassette.open the mounting holes,note:need keep the height of the two side track is same.fix the frame to the installation position with screws.Check whether the cassette is horizontal.check whether the side track are vertical.
3. Vertical Adjustment
Fix the frame to the installation position.Adjust the side track to keep vertical,and adjust the back cassette to keep horizontal.make the marks on the wall.according to the screw holes of the side rail and the cassette.open the mounting holes,note:need keep the height of the two side track is same.fix the frame to the installation position with screws.Check whether the cassette is horizontal.check whether the side track are vertical.
4. Fabric Mounting
Install the roll fabric into the back cassette,pass the motor power cable through the reserved power hole.Put the light strip cable into the groove on side bracket in advance. (Note:the signal wire comes out from the upper groove,and the light power cable come out form lower groove). Fix the anti-fall off button. (Note:arrange the exit position of the light cable to prevent the screw from crushing the light cable). Check whether the roll fabric is level,if the roll fabric is not level,use the screws at the side bracket to lift it up to keep level with cassette.
5. Regulation and control
Install the zipper into the fabric guiding channel and cover the side track cover.After the motor is connected to the 220v power supply,match the code with the remote control,debug the stroke.Then check whether the up and down operation is normal.
Fix the light strip into the slot on the front cassette,cover the light strip cover.Connect the power cord According to the positive and negative poles.Install the front cassette and fix it with screws.(Note:be careful not to press the power cord of the light strip when installing the front cassette.) Insert the hand rocker head
Use the remote control to test whether led light is normal.
6. Test Function
Hand the hand rocker to test its function.(Note:need to press the pause button on the remote control.) Otherwise the motor will automatically reset after the hand crank,and the hand crank function cannot be used normally.
